I really thought about changing my info to something more interesting and exciting. But the truth of the matter is, my main goal in life is to be a great grandmother to my grandbabies.
When Im not spending time with them, im writing. I love to write, anything. Writing is my outlet. I write what I like to write. About things that move me and interest me. Sometimes its silly or sad or dark and haunting. Hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoyed writing.

Yvette, I am new to this web site. I submitted a few poems of my own, but after reading many of the others, I thought I had forgotten what a good poem was. Certainly, none of them was anything like what I write. Then I stumbled upon one of yours. I had to check out the others and I simply love them. So, people really do rhyme still. Great. Just thought I'd tell you, I liked your poems and was glad to find someone elses work I like to read here. I thought we were a dying breed. Thanks.

You have a very nice style; very personable and intimate. Your versatility also allows you to write away from yourself at times, which I think is important for a poet -- not to be so self-absorbed that others are drowned in his personal experience. Your style is a cross between Anne Bradstreet (To My Dear And Loving Husband) and Robert Frost's inimitable homey style. Good work.
